On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, a Rustic Africa Safaris representative greets you and transfers you to Pride Inn Azure Nairobi Hotel. Spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing and preparing for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, drive south to Amboseli, the land of sweeping savannahs and majestic views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch and a short rest before setting out on an afternoon game drive in search of the park’s famous elephant herds. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge.

Spend a full day exploring Amboseli, whose name means “salty dust” in Maasai. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives to spot elephants, lions, cheetahs and a variety of birdlife. Descend early into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” for unmatched wildlife viewing. Spot black rhino, lions, wildebeest, zebras and hippos while enjoying a picnic lunch on the crater floor. Return to Marera Valley Lodge for dinner.

Drive to Tarangire, a park famed for its giant baobabs and huge elephant herds. Enjoy an extensive game drive and picnic lunch while watching giraffes, buffalo and predators that follow the herds. Dinner and overnight at Sangaiwe Tented Lodge.

After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home, carrying unforgettable memories of Kenya and Tanzania’s premier wildlife parks.
