Cancellation Policy – Classic Escapes
(A Unit of Dhiaan Global Associates LLP)
This Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Classic Escapes, a unit of Dhiaan Global Associates LLP (“Classic Escapes”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All cancellations are governed by this Policy along with applicable Supplier (airline, hotel, transport, activity, etc.) rules.
By booking with Classic Escapes, you (the “Client”, “Traveler”, or “you”) agree to this Cancellation Policy.
1. How to Cancel
1.1 All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to:

1.2 The date of receipt of your cancellation email by Classic Escapes will be treated as the cancellation date.
1.3 Cancellations communicated only by phone/WhatsApp without a follow-up email will not be considered valid for refund calculations.
2. General Principles
2.1 Cancellation charges are based on:
2.2 Wherever Supplier terms are more restrictive (e.g., non-refundable fares, no-show policies), those terms shall prevailover this Policy.
2.3 All refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting:
2.4 Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed, within a reasonable time after receipt of refunds from Suppliers.
3. Cancellation Charges – Standard Tour Packages
This section applies to standard tour packages where the 10% deposit + balance at 60 days payment structure is used.
3.1 Cancellation by Client
Cancellation charges (as a percentage of the total package cost) will apply as follows:

3.2 Cancellation by Classic Escapes / Force Majeure
3.2.1 If Classic Escapes cancels a package due to reasons within our control (other than Force Majeure or Supplier failure), the Client will be offered:
3.2.2 In case of Force Majeure (acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, strikes, etc.), refunds will be as per applicable Supplier policies and insurance claims, if any. Classic Escapes will assist in processing claims but does not guarantee refunds in such events.
4. Flights, Trains, and Special/Discounted Rates
4.1 For airline tickets, train tickets, and hotel rooms booked under dynamic pricing, special discounted rates, promotional fares, group fares, or non-refundable/non-changeable tariffs (where 100% payment was required at booking):
4.2 Clients will be informed at the time of quotation if a particular fare or rate is non-refundable/non-changeable. Proceeding with payment constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
5. Weddings, Incentive Trips, MICE, and Peak Season Bookings
5.1 For wedding groups, MICE/incentive trips, large group movements, and peak season travel (festivals, long weekends, high-demand periods), cancellation terms may be customized based on Supplier contracts and event complexity.
5.2 In such cases:
5.3 Clients are advised to review and accept these customized terms at the time of confirmation.
6. Unused Services, Early Check-out, and No-Shows
6.1 There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out.
6.2 In case of a medical condition, any refund (if at all) will be strictly as per hotel/Supplier policy and subject to documentation (medical certificates, etc.). Classic Escapes will assist in requesting refunds from Suppliers but does not guarantee approval.
6.3 No-show for any portion of the tour (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) will result in no refund for that segment, and any additional costs for rearrangement shall be borne by the Client.
7. Flight/Train Cancellations and Changes by Supplier
7.1 In case of flight/train cancellations by the airline/railway:
7.2 If the Supplier offers a refund or credit note, Classic Escapes will pass this on to the Client after deducting any applicable service fees and bank charges.
8. Travel Insurance and Cancellation
8.1 Classic Escapes strongly advises all passengers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, curtailment, medical emergencies, and related risks.
8.2 In case of cancellation due to illness, injury, or other insured reasons, Clients must file claims directly with the insurance provider. Classic Escapes will provide necessary supporting documents (booking confirmations, cancellation letters, invoices, etc.) but is not responsible for claim approval or settlement.
9. Refund Processing Timelines
9.1 Refund timelines depend on Supplier processing times and may vary by airline, hotel, or other service provider.
9.2 As a general guideline:
9.3 Classic Escapes will initiate refund processing promptly upon receipt of funds/credit from Suppliers.
10. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
10.1 Classic Escapes (Dhiaan Global Associates LLP) reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Cancellation Policy at any time.
10.2 The latest version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Revised” date. Cancellations will be governed by the policy applicable on the date of booking, unless otherwise stated in writing.
